The Orientation Week is organized by NILM at the beginning of every academic session to warmly welcome the newly admitted students and familiarize them with the institute’s academic environment, rules, and culture. The program is designed to help students smoothly transition into their professional academic journey and understand the expectations of management education.
During the Orientation Week, students are introduced to the institute’s vision, mission, academic structure, examination system, and code of conduct. Faculty members interact with students and provide insights into the course curriculum, teaching methodologies, and opportunities for skill development.
The program also includes sessions on personality development, communication skills, career planning, and industry expectations. Senior faculty members and guest speakers from the corporate world share their experiences and motivate students to focus on professional growth and ethical values.
Orientation Week at NILM also encourages students to participate in co-curricular and extracurricular activities, helping them build confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills. Our initiative ensures that students feel comfortable, motivated, and prepared to begin their academic journey successfully.
